After receiving the item, contact us immediately if there is a problem with the order.  Most of the time a photo will solve the problem. Send the photo of the plant with the label to: Mariashouseplants@mariagardens.net   Be sure to include the order number, your name and address. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, or unforeseeable acts of nature. All plants sales are final and there is no guarantee. PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL PLANTS ARE EXACTLY ALIKE. THEY MAY DIFFER IN PLANT SIZE AND SHAPE. ALL PLANTS ARE NOT EXACTLY AS PICTURED.
